Is the Reset Bar a deodorant?
No. Deodorants work on the bacteria that feed on sweat. The bar is formulated for 2-nonenal, a compound that forms when skin lipids oxidise. Different molecule, different product — which is why we also make a deodorant, on the same base, for the underarms.
I already shower every day. Why isn’t that enough?
Because the issue is not cleanliness. Skin-lipid odour is produced by the skin itself and returns between washes, which is why washing harder or more often does not resolve it.
Where do I use the Reset Bar?
Neck, chest, back, under-bust and underarms. Lather, leave for a few seconds, rinse.
Bar or wash — which one?
Same base, same job. The bar has more contact time and lasts longer; the wash is easier if you find a bar awkward. Plenty of people alternate.
Does it have a strong scent?
No, by design. A clean, low note from the persimmon and green tea, and very little else. The point is not to cover anything with perfume.
